Solution Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products/services and be able to communicate their value to prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the company’s products/services and how they meet client needs.
- Develop and present customized solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products/services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Specialist, Pre-Sales Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client-focused solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
