Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members and management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and records.
- Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing mail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with HR processes is a plus.
